The BREEAM certificate is one of the most important building certifications globally, making our warehouse one of the most sustainable facilities in our region

Buildings applying for this certification must meet the highest standards of green design, passing a rigorous assessment in ten categories:

• Management – investment project management and construction process,
• Health and Wellbeing – comfort of use of the building by users,
• Energy – level of energy consumption in the building,
• Transport – location of the building and distance from public transport points,
• Water – method of water and sewage management,
• Materials – energy efficiency and properties of materials used in the construction and finishing process of the facility,
• Waste – waste management method,
• Land Use and Ecology – method of developing the area around the building,
• Pollution – solutions that were used to reduce pollutant emissions,
• Innovation – innovation of investment.

It confirms that Eurogate Wroclaw Warehouse is one of the most innovative warehouse buildings in the region.
